In your Achika shrine you state that the movies freely combine OVA and
TV with the exception of MNE. This is the reverse of what is actually
held true.
In truth, IN LOVE! and Haruka naru Omoi are considered TV series
canon. MNE is the film that puts both continuities in a blender and
adds plotholes to boot.
The True Tenchi Novels were written by Kajishima himself to establish
OVA backstory, so for all intents and purposes the grey-haired lady we
see in the OVA is named Masaki Kiyone.
Masaki Achika belongs to the TV series continuity and its two
companion movies, the Hasegawa Novels, the self-contained IN LOVE!
manga, and Shin Tenchi. (In Shin she is shown in Noboyuki's thoughts
in a design derivative of her young IN LOVE! design, but crappily
drawn. I spit on Shin! P-tooie!)

Tenchi continuities are a real mess... I've tried to address this in the revisions on the Achika page.
