Why Cherry?
Cherry is one of the main characters in Saber Marionette J, but she is
overshadowed by Lime who tends to take center stage. Cherry's
abilities are useful in the series, but she is primarily shown in a
domestic role as the one who takes care of Otaru's apartment and cooks
for the small group that lives there. I have found that I really like
Cherry for some reason; she really seems to be a sort of cross between
Kasumi Tendo of Ranma ½ and Ayeka of Tenchi Muyo!. She has a soft
domestic side, but she also has an underlying ego that tends to make
things a bit more interesting. I must admit that I also like her
outfit as well, as strange as it may look.
